• Usage data: tools used, pages visited, session duration
• Payment data: processed by Tap Payments — we do not store card details
• Tool inputs: data entered into tools is processed locally in your browser where possible and is not stored on our servers unless explicitly stated

Section 2 — How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the platform
• To process subscription payments
• To send service-related emails
• To comply with legal obligations under Qatar law

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Section 3 — Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing legal@qatarhubpro.com.

Section 4 — Your Rights Under Qatar Law

Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Section 6 — Third Party Services

• Supabase: database and authentication (GDPR compliant)
• Tap Payments: payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• Vercel: hosting (SOC 2 compliant)
• Anthropic: AI processing (data not retained beyond session)
