Section 1 — Acceptance

By accessing Qatar Hub Pro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Section 2 — Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this platform. By using Qatar Hub Pro you confirm you meet this requirement.

Section 3 — Permitted Use

You may use Qatar Hub Pro for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute or resell any content or tool output
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any tool or AI feature
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Qatar law

Section 4 — Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at QAR 49. Payments are processed securely via Tap Payments. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To cancel, contact us at legal@qatarhubpro.com.

Section 5 — Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs and AI outputs on Qatar Hub Pro are the intellectual property of Qatar Hub Pro. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Section 6 — User Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Privacy and Protection of Personal Data.

Section 7 — Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or applicable Qatar law.

Section 8 — Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
