Annual Leave Calculator
Under Qatar Labour Law (Article 80), employees are entitled to 21 calendar days of paid annual leave after completing one year of service. Leave is pro-rated if you have worked less than one year.
Qatar Labour Law — Leave Entitlements
Article 80: 21 calendar days of paid annual leave after one year of service.
Article 81: Leave increases to 30 days after 5 years of continuous service with the same employer.
Article 78: Employer must pay full salary during annual leave, plus a travel ticket if the worker leaves Qatar.
Public Holidays: Public holiday leave is separate from annual leave and fully paid.
