Valid QID, tenancy contract (Ejari registered), landlord QID copy, and passport copy.

Visit KAHRAMAA Customer Service Center
Nearest center or online at kahramaa.qa. New connection requires in-person visit.

Pay connection deposit
Deposit: QAR 1,500 (apartment) or QAR 3,000 (villa). Refunded when you disconnect.

Meter activation
Meter activated within 1–3 working days. You will receive an SMS confirmation.

Set up bill payment
Pay monthly via KAHRAMAA app, Hukoomi portal, or at any exchange/bank kiosk.

›KAHRAMAA bills are due by the 20th of each month
›Average apartment bill: QAR 150–400/month (varies with AC usage)
