Salary Due Date
Employer must pay all salaries electronically via approved WPS banks
Day 7
If unpaid: ADLSA begins monitoring. You should contact HR in writing.
Day 30
ADLSA places employer in "C3 Non-Compliant". Employer cannot hire new workers.
Day 60
ADLSA may refer for criminal prosecution. Worker Support Fund activated.
Day 90+
Employer faces license suspension or blacklisting (C4). Labour Court referral.
Workers whose employer cannot pay salaries may apply to the Worker Support and Insurance Fund
Fund covers up to 6 months of unpaid salary (capped at QAR 6,000/month)
Available if employer is insolvent, absent, or blacklisted
Apply via ADLSA or call 16008. Processing time: 30–60 days
Fund is financed by employer contributions — it is your entitlement, not charity
